Returns and Exchanges:


We gladly accept returns or exchanges for products that do not meet your satisfaction.

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the purchase date.

Please note that Samples and Testers are not eligible for return.


Product Condition:


To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

It should be unused.

In its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact.

At least 95% of the perfume must remain in the bottle.


Who Can Apply for a Return or Exchange?


If you receive a damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete product, you are eligible for a return or exchange.

In your email, provide the reason for the return or exchange along with your order details.


Return Shipping:

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.


We strive to process all returns within 5-7 working days of receipt.

During peak seasons, please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.
