Yesfir Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions

 By joining the Yesfir Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set forth by Yesfir (“we,” “us,” “our”), operating through www.yesfir.com (“Website”).

 

 

1. Eligibility

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old.
1.2. You must have a valid payment account to receive commissions.
1.3. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

 

 

2. Enrollment Process

2.1. Apply through our official affiliate signup page.
2.2. Approved affiliates will receive a unique tracking link and/or discount code.
2.3. You may only promote Yesfir products using your assigned link/code.

 

 

3. Commission Structure

3.1. Affiliates earn a commission on net sales (order total excluding taxes, shipping, and returns).
3.2. Standard commission rate: [10]% per valid sale.
3.3. No commission is paid on cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders.
3.4. No Commission is applicable on Discovery sets or tester packs

 

 

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Commissions are paid monthly, within [7] days after month-end.
4.2. Minimum payout threshold: Rs.3000. Earnings below this amount will roll over to the next month.
4.3. Payments are made via bank transfer/Jazz Cash/Easy Pesa
4.4. You are responsible for any transaction fees or applicable taxes.

 

 

5. Promotional Guidelines

5.1. You may promote Yesfir through:

  • Personal websites, blogs, and social media channels.

  • Email marketing (only to recipients who have opted in).

5.2. You may not:

  • Misrepresent Yesfir products or make false claims.

  • Use “Yesfir” or variations as part of paid search keywords (PPC).

  • Engage in spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive advertising.

  • Offer additional discounts without our written approval.

5.3. Only approved brand assets (logos, product photos, banners) may be used.

 

 

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All Yesfir trademarks, product names, and images remain our property.
 6.2. You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved assets for affiliate promotion.

 

 

7. Termination

7.1. We may terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause.
 7.2. Upon termination, you must immediately remove all Yesfir promotional materials.
 7.3. Commissions earned before termination will be paid, unless termination is due to policy violation or fraud.

 

 

8. Liability & Indemnity

8.1. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages (loss of revenue, profits, etc.) arising from the Program.
 8.2. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yesfir from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your participation.

 

 

9. Modifications

9.1. We may update these Terms at any time.
 9.2. Continued participation after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

 

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan (or your applicable jurisdiction, if different), without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

 

By applying to the Yesfir Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
